The Global Institute of Spa Management is the executive and research arm of the SpasWorldwide network: executive programmes, a research desk, a conference, a faculty network and the Fellow grade of the CSM-ISM credential. What it is, what it is not.
The SpasWorldwide network runs three institutes with one register. The Institute of Spa Management, founded in Singapore in 2005, teaches spa management and certifies managers. The International Institute teaches the trades and accredits partner schools. The Global Institute is the layer above both: executive education for directors, owners and developers, a research desk, the conference, the faculty network and the Fellow grade.
What we are not
Not a university, not an accredited academic institution, not a consultancy, not a vendor. Certificates are professional credentials; research cites public primary sources; faculty are paid per seminar and hold no equity; no vendor sponsors a programme.
