No statistics agency isolates spa managers. Salary websites publish precise-looking numbers from tiny, unaudited samples. The network's survey is the alternative: anonymous, five minutes, one response per person per year, and results published by market and role only when that market has fifty or more responses. Until then the page shows the response count and nothing else.
What we ask
Country and city, role, property type and size, years in role, base pay band, commission and bonus band, housing and benefits (important in the Gulf and Maldives), and whether you hold a qualification. No name, no employer name, no email unless you want the results.
What we publish
Medians and interquartile ranges by role and market, once the threshold is met; property-type splits where the sample allows. Data is never sold and never shared at the individual level.
Take the survey
The survey form opens with the first conference cohort; register interest on the research bulletin and you will receive the link and, later, the results.
Questions
Why fifty?
Below fifty responses the median moves with every entry and a single resort can distort a city. Fifty is the minimum at which we are comfortable publishing a range.
