CSM-ISM Fellow
The Fellow grade of the network's Certified Spa Manager credential: for spa directors and leaders with a Diploma or executive programme plus five years leading spas. Criteria, process, obligations.

The Certified Spa Manager credential, issued by the Institute of Spa Management, has a senior grade administered here: Fellow. It recognises people who lead spas rather than run them — directors, regional heads, owners who operate — and who contribute to the profession by teaching, examining or publishing.
Criteria
Five years in a director-level or multi-site role; the Spa Director Diploma or any Global Institute executive programme; a current CSM-ISM certificate; and one contribution in the last three years — a conference session, a marked capstone, a published research note, or faculty service.
Process
Application with a CV and two references from the industry, reviewed by three existing Fellows. Decisions within sixty days. There is no examination; the Diploma or programme already assessed the knowledge.
Obligations
Fellows sign the network's code of practice, give one contribution every three years, and appear on the public register with the Fellow grade. Fellows may use the post-nominal CSM-ISM (Fellow) and serve on the awards jury.
Questions
Is there a fee?
