Terms for using this site and enrolling on Global Institute executive programmes: what a certificate is and is not, fees and instalments, employer invoicing, conduct, intellectual property, liability.
Plain terms. Using the site or enrolling on a programme means you accept them.
Certificates
Programme certificates and the CSM-ISM Fellow grade are professional credentials issued by the network's institutes. They are not academic degrees, are not accredited by any government body, and do not replace any licence required to practise or operate a spa in your jurisdiction.
Fees
Fees are stated in US dollars; local-currency amounts are at the day's rate. Instalment plans are available on request; a place is confirmed when the first payment clears. Employer invoicing is available with a purchase order.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
Conduct
Participants agree to confidentiality about other participants' businesses discussed in seminars and to the network's code of practice. Breach can lead to removal without refund.
Intellectual property
Programme materials are licensed to you for personal use; the documents you produce are yours. Research desk content may be quoted with attribution and a link.
Liability
The Institute provides education and research in good faith and is not liable for business decisions made using it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
