The Institute does not consult; its faculty do. How to be introduced to a spa development, feasibility, pre-opening or turnaround consultant from the faculty network, and the disclosure rules.
The Institute teaches; it does not consult, so that faculty assessments stay independent of commercial work. Faculty and Fellows do consult in their own names. If your need is a feasibility study, a pre-opening, an operator selection or a turnaround, we will introduce two suitable people from the network and step back. Disclosure
Any faculty member consulting to a participant's employer declares it and does not assess that participant's capstone. Referral fees, where they exist, are disclosed on the introduction.
