Refund policy
Refunds for Global Institute programmes: full refund up to 14 days before the cohort start, 50% up to the first seminar, transfer to a later cohort within 12 months thereafter; private cohorts per contract.
Executive cohorts are small and seats are held for named participants, so the policy is stricter than a self-paced course but still fair.
Individual places
Full refund of fees paid if you withdraw 14 days or more before the cohort start date. 50% refund if you withdraw after that and before the first live seminar. After the first seminar, no refund, but one transfer to a later cohort of the same programme within 12 months at no charge.
Cancellation by the Institute
If we cancel or move a cohort, you choose a full refund or a transfer. We aim to give four weeks' notice.
Conference and webinars
Conference delegate fees are refundable up to 7 days before; webinars are free.
Private cohorts
Per the contract with the group.
