How the Global Institute supports the Global Spa & Wellness Awards: faculty on the jury, the Managed Spa and Spa Leader categories, entry guidance and the recusal rule.
The Global Spa & Wellness Awards are the network's annual recognition programme across twenty categories. The Institute's role is the jury: faculty and Fellows score entries in the management and leadership categories, recusing from any spa or person they have taught or advised. Winners are invited to present at the conference.
Categories the Institute judges
Managed Spa of the Year, Spa Leader of the Year, Hotel Spa of the Year, New Spa Development of the Year, and the regional leadership awards.
Entering
Entries are made on the awards site. The Institute publishes entry guidance each cycle — what a strong management entry contains, and the numbers judges look for — on the insights page.
